Shortly after graduating from college, Carole began her Real Estate career with Fairfield Communities and worked in Property Management, Sales, and Construction for the next 13 years.  In 1991, Carole and Tom opened “Premier Properties” where Carole created a successful Property Management division.

Carole has attended the prestigious Institute of Real Estate Management, and earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® designation in 2006.  Carole also assists clients and customers with interior furnishings and décor for both living and staging the home to be ready for the sales market with her interior design company.

Carole serves on the Parks, Arts and Recreation Board for the Town of Lake Lure and enjoys the arts, writing, outdoor activities, travel, and cooking.  She and Tom share their home with two Yorkshire terriers, Sammie and Odie.
