Eddy Zappel was born in Canada and raised in California. After joining the Air Force, he was stationed in Florida. It was while in Florida that he earned a degree in Business Administration. Eddy spent  20 years working and traveling in the Resort Industry. In 2001, he obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and became the Director of Sales & Marketing / Principal Broker  for Rumbling Bald Resort at Lake Lure. After building his sales experience, he made the move to general real estate and joined Premier Properties, (now Pinnacle Sotheby's International Realty), as the Broker In Charge of their Resort Office.  In his first full year, Eddy wrote more transactions than any other agent in the firm's history. Eddy has lived in Lake Lure with his wife and daughter for the past 12 years.
