Frank Campbell was born in Raleigh, NC and has lived in North Carolina all his life.. After graduating from college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he continued to live and work there for 9 more years. In addition, Frank has served as Councilman on the Chimney Rock Town Council since 2005 and served as President of the Hickory Nut Gorge Chamber of Commerce for the past 4 years.
