Hanes Walker

	Hanes was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and attended Myers Park High School. After earning a BS/BA with a degree in Finance in 1990 from Appalachian State University, Hanes began appraising real estate with a small firm in Charlotte. In 1994, left that firm to build Walker and Associates "Real Property Appraisers" which at its peak in 1997 hosted 5 staff appraisers. During this time, Hanes also obtained his NC Real Estate Broker License, NC General Building Contractor License and started Realty Partners, specializing in the sale and marketing of unique properties, custom homes and corporate homes. Hanes continues to appraise real estate for select Clients and stays in tune with trends in our market. As a Real Estate Professional over the last 2 decades, Hanes has been able to leverage his experience and depth of knowledge for his Clients to provide an unmatched level of service and guidance.
