Tom has been in sales and
marketing his entire adult life. His summers during college, were
spent working with
Southwestern Company; to which he gives
credit for helping him learn valuable people and sales skills.
With his own marketing firm, Tom traveled the Southeast and formed
relationships with customers and clients that have lasted throughout
the years. Tom’s
love of travel, knowledge of the Sotheby’s brand and the
relationships formed within the Sotheby’s global network have
enabled him to assist customers and clients in locating and selling
property the world over.
Tom began his real estate career
28 years ago. He has completed courses for certified real estate
appraiser, is a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, and is
co-founder and Broker in Charge of Pinnacle Sotheby’s International
Realty.
Through their leadership, Tom and
his wife, Carole continue to assemble some of the best creative and
enthusiastic Brokers and Marketing specialist in the area to create
a team uniquely specialized in their field. Their consistency in
marketing enabled Pinnacle Sotheby’s International Realty to remain
among the top firms of over 200+ member firms in the Board of
Realtors of Hendersonville for 2008. As an individual Broker, Tom
holds the 3rd highest position in total volume and the
highest number in sales and listings on that same Board.
Tom’s greatest strength is his
uncanny knack for helping clients see that the right decisions made
today will forge the right direction for future successes. Tom’s
knowledge of zoning, land uses, and town regulations and his
involvement in local government and foundations have assisted his
clients in making the right decisions and avoiding costly mistakes.
