Tim Turner, II was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina but felt very fortunate to move to Chimney Rock in July of 2000.  He spent three semesters at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College studying land surveying and civil engineering spending two years in that field before pursuing a career in real estate. In his first year as a Broker, he produced the third highest sales volume in the firm.
